I like to offer YIN yoga for it’s expansive nature and introspective powers.
What to expect:
A sensory experience of going inwards and working with the body
A release of physical and emotional tension
Working with the 24 Target areas with 2-4 minutes of surrender into these areas.
Accessing deep layers of fascia / connective tissue.
We also move energy and work with some YANG movements to contrast and deepen our YIN experience.
Music and smells are always present and my HANDS on your body!
